The youth worker will be based at St Paul’s, oversee a joint youth group at St Paul’s and St. Timothy’s Anglican parishes, and report directly to the rector of St. Paul’s. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing coordination and content to the joint youth group, and engage in ministry that is consistent with the values, vision and mission of St. Paul’s & St Timothy's (as found on our web-sites) in order to disciple youth, mentor youth leaders, and support university, college and career aged young adults. The youth worker will contribute to a team seeking to equip, encourage and empower members of St. Paul’s congregation to connect with God, with each other and the community. This team consists of St. Paul’s rector, associate priest, part-time office assistant, a children’s ministry coordinator and numerous volunteers. The youth worker will also meet with the rector of St Timothy’s on a quarterly basis to stay current with what is happening at that parish and will make Sunday visits to St. Timothy’s once a month.
