Tuesday Studies - every Tuesday evening from 7-8 pm. This winter we are looking at the the faith and practice of the Early Church; readings from the letters of St. Paul. Mens Breakfast Group: meets at 9:30 am on the first Saturday of each month Women’s Prayer & Share: meets monthly for an evening of prayer, fellowship & encouragement Sunday School Prayer Partners: members of the congregation join up with our Sunday School kids to become “prayer partners” for the year. And intergenerational ministry. (contact: Lorna) Traveling Prayer Group: we meet in various homes to pray for our communities, our church, and one another Choir - every Thursday at 7:15 pm; new members are always welcome (contact Pamela) Altar Guild - prepares the church for worship every Saturday morning (contact: Rena) ACW (Anglican Church Women) - meets on the second Monday of each month; engages in a wide variety of outreach and fundraising: from local, national to international aid. Servers: assist with worship each week. (contact: Brian Richardson) Missions: St Tim’s has had an ongoing partnership with Christians in Africa, providing funding aid, as well as sponsoring mission trips of parishioners to Kenya and Rwanda. Youth Group: get together on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month - 7 pm. Food, fun, prayer, worship and more. Outreach Committee: oversees local ‘hands on’ helping projects In addition, St Tim’s offers a variety of prayer, study and service opportunities for Christians and enquirers to learn and grow in faith. |
